Withstand voltage is 4,000 Vac from input to output and 1,500 Vac from input to ground. With standby power consumption lower than 0.5 W and efficiency higher than 87%, fanless desktop units are in compliance with CEC and Energy Star efficiency level V requirements. Units have both class I and class II insulation.
