Solar3D Selected for Addition to Russell Microcap Growth Index

Common shares of Solar 3D, Inc., a provider and developer of solar power solutions, were included in the Russell Microcap Growth Index on June 26, 2015. Membership in the Russell Microcap Index, which remains in place for one year, means automatic inclusion in the appropriate growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines membership for its equity indexes primarily by objective, market-capitalization rankings and style attributes.

The Russell Microcap Growth Index measures the performance of the microcap growth segment of the U.S equity market, a select group of small-cap U.S. equity shares. It includes approximately 1000 of the smallest securities by market capitalization in the small-cap Russell 2000 Index. The Russell 2000 is reconstituted each year to maintain an accurate representation of the small capitalization universe, with membership in the Index conferred for one year.
