Unique Tiny Home

More and more people are downsizing to a tiny home, and it is nice to see the designs of such homes becoming more unique as well. The Toybox Tiny Home was designed and built by Frank Henderson and Paul Schultz and its exterior and interior design really place it apart from other tiny homes out there today.

The Toybox Tiny Home measures 140 sq ft (13 sq m) and rests atop a 20 x 8 ft (6 x 2.4 m) trailer which is rated up to 10,500 lb (4,762 kg). The home weighs around 8,000 lb (3,600 kg) so it can be towed easily. The home features a pretty spacious living area, which measures 7 x 9 ft (2.1 x 2.7 m). The storage and furniture problem is solved in one go, with eight innovative storage cubes that can serve a variety of purposes depending on how they are arranged. They can become a sofa, spare bed, or separate seats.

The tiny home also features a kitchen, which has an ample amount of counter space and is equipped with a low-flow faucet. There’s also a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, and a pantry. The dining table can also be used as a worktable.
