tenKsolar and SoCore Energy Announce Collaboration on Density PV Systems

tenKsolar And SoCore EnergytenKsolar, a Minneapolis based manufacturer of low voltage, highly efficient photovoltaic (PV) systems and SoCore Energy, a premier developer of commercial solar projects, recently announced that they are joining forces to deliver commercial and community solar garden projects built on tenK’s PV systems technology.

The collaboration aligns with the market’s demand for community solar gardens, a form of distributed generation consisting of centrally located arrays of PV panels shared by multiple subscribers, and features high efficiency projects in the commercial sector, supporting strong financial return, unmatched reliability and low voltage safety.

Joel Cannon, CEO of tenK, said, “We are extremely impressed with the skill of the SoCore team. Together we are already co-developing over 45 MW of projects serving local government and Fortune 500 energy off-takers.”

“As a complete end-to-end PV systems vendor, tenK has improved many deployment and maintenance costs while offering among the best efficiency footprints in the industry,” said SoCore President Pete Kadens. “SoCore is actively seeking to acquire projects built on advanced technologies such as those developed by tenK in order to expand the use of solar in businesses and the wider community. We are excited to be working with a Minnesota-based company to expand solar in their home state.”
