JA Solar Ships 100MWp of PV Modules to Solarcentury in 2014

Last year was a good one for JA Solar in the United Kingdom as the company delivered more than 100MWp of PV modules to Solarcentury.

Solarcentury, a leading UK solar developer and EPC, used the modules mainly in its ground-mounted solar projects and large commercial rooftops in the UK.

Approximately 49MWp of the JA Solar – headquartered in Shanghai, China – proprietary Full Square mono 275Wp modules will be deployed for the Southwick solar farm. Once connected to the grid in March 2015, the farm will become one of the largest solar farms ever built in the UK.
