AET Launches New Rayport-B ECO Solar Mounting System

AET (Applied Energy Technologies) has launched a new product to complement its ECO line: the Rayport-B ECO roof ballast system. AET will have the Rayport-B ECO on display at Solar Power International (booth #2327) from October 20-23, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas.

aetThe Rayport-B ECO joins a number of innovative ECO products in AET’s range that are quickly becoming the industry standard for EPCs and developers looking for racking products that are easy to assemble and install and cost-competitive.

John Harberts, VP Product Development at AET, said: “Our ECO line of products has been an opportunity for AET to focus on achieving cost savings for developers and EPCs while maintaining the quality and function of each of our products. The key is innovation and our engineers have worked hard to design each product to be functional, lightweight, durable, strong, easy to install and a cost-effective solution.

“The Rayport-B ECO is constructed from galvanized steel and has an option to ship in three separate parts, significantly increasing pack density and reducing shipping costs,” stated Mr. Harberts. “It is a direct descendant of our current Rayport-B system, so our customers will not see a difference in performance of the system when it is time to build on the roof.”

The Rayport-B ECO is wind tunnel tested to 120mph; UL 2703 listed and comes with a 15-year limited warranty. It fits all major solar modules on the market and is available in a variety of panel configurations. Units are available for immediate shipment.

AET’s engineers are in constant pursuit of delivering innovative, high quality solutions to meet the needs of solar racking customers. AET’s racking products are designed to save valuable installation time, help minimize installation-related maintenance issues and to work within developer and EPC budgets.
