Fortune Energy to open new solar distribution warehouse in Texas

Fortune Energy

Solar distributor Fortune Energy  is opening of a brand new warehouse and office right in the heart of Austin, Texas. Already serving the East and West coast with its Sacramento, Los Angeles and Boston branches, Fortune Energy has made the decision to open a 4th branch in the U.S – complete with new management and the recruitment of a local team.

“We’re looking forward to getting to know you and your business and having an opportunity to be-come your preferred PV distributor,” said Tim Vorkink, the new sales manager of the Texas branch.

“In our opinion, a good distributor is a trusted expert that provides the right mix of products with competitive prices and has those products in the warehouse. We work hard to provide our installers with a transparent experience from quote to delivery.”

This expansion is a response to growing demand for solar panels, inverters, and racking in Texas and the surrounding central states. Fortune Energy is already active in the Texas market and is looking to expand its footprint in the region. The new warehouse will enable Fortune Energy’s cur-rent customers to purchase solar products from a closer and more convenient location, as well as attract new customers who wish to purchase locally.

The new location consists of a warehouse and office approximately 17,500 square feet of space with 6 loading docks and 1 loading ramp. It’s well situated near Downtown Austin and close to the freeway and airport.

“Our new Austin location extends Fortune Energy’s reputation of delivering extraordinary service to small to mid-sized solar contractors” said Jack Meng, President of Fortune Energy. “We’re excited to bring our customer-centric model of low priced, great quality solar products to the Texas market.”
