Linear output signal is available via digital I²C bus interface; analog output is available upon request. Utilizing sensitive thermal measuring principle to detect air and gas flows, sensors operate from 2.7–5.5 V supply and are sized to enable space-saving and flexible PCB mounting.<br \/>
