Not everyone can or wants to build a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usgbc.org\/leed\">LEED Platinum<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/living-future.org\/lbc\">Living Building Challenge<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phius.org\/what-is-passive-building-\">Passive House<\/a>.
