Last night, thousands of people attended more than 270 vigils around the country<\/a> with this unified message: Keystone XL fails President Obama’s climate test<\/a>. The vigils were in response to the State Department’s release on Friday<\/a> of the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Keystone XL pipeline<\/a>. <\/p>\n

In addition to being an excellent tribute to the recent passing of Pete Seeger<\/a>, this performance from the “We Are One” Presidential Inaugural Concert on Jan. 19, 2009 is a great reminder of the optimism people were feeling when President Obama was first inaugurated.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
