Alencon Systems LLC has launched a new version of its website that is geared at explaining the unique features of its products. Check it out here.

The new website focuses on the range of PV applications for Alencon’s products including both new PV plants as well as upgrades to existing PV plants whose performance ratios are in need of improvement. A PV plant’s performance ratio, or PR, is defined as the ratio of the electricity generated to the electricity that would have been generated if the plant consistently converted sunlight to electricity at the level expected from the DC nameplate rating. The website explains how Alencon’s technology can be applied by the entire utility-scale PV ecosystem, including EPCs, O&M companies, PV module manufacturers, utility scale PV developers, inverter manufacturers and organizations operating PV plants including corporate and community solar operators.

Alencon’s solutions for ALternative ENergy CONversion provide high modularity and scalability for systems from several megawatts to several-hundred megawatts. By helping to dramatically reduce balance of system costs and increase power production through new inverter and energy harvesting technology, Alencon helps advance the state of the art and increase the financial viability of solar power.
