Congrats to Stardust Solar, a renewable energy installation franchisor based in British Columbia, for getting its new Photovoltaic Technical Sales Training Course (PVTS) approved by The North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP).
Completion of this course fulfils 35 hours of the educational requirements for candidates wishing to take the NABCEP PVTS Certification Exam or attain necessary Continuing Education Credits for those who already have attained the Certification.
The week-long course covers all aspects of the NABCEP Job Task Analysis (JTA) and prepares students for the examination. Stardust Solar is the first recognized provider of the program in Canada.

Stardust Solar also offers a training course that culminates in students being qualified to take the NABCEP PV Associates exam.
Many of the graduates of the Stardust PV Associates training have gone into the solar industry filling a variety of roles that range from: business operator; installer; system designer; sales professional; and, a wide variety of other roles within the industry.
This course was jointly developed by, Ezra Auerbach a recognized industry leader who has decades of experience in the PV industry and Evan Kraemer the Chief Training Officer of Stardust Solar.
The training program will initially offered in a five day classroom trainer/learner format. It will also be offered in a hybrid format to accommodate working professionals. This format is based on 21 hours of self-guided study of the curriculum and two days of in person training.
The inaugural training session will be offered at Stardust Solar headquarters in Burnaby B.C. in the week of October 23 to 27.
