Suniva, a metro-Atlanta based manufacturer of high-quality, high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells and modules, today announces its high-powered modules power the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This healthcare services unit joins a large and growing list of solar powered Veteran’s Administration facilities throughout the United States in Suniva’s public sector projects portfolio.

sunivaThe 321-kW Buy America-compliant Suniva array consists of three parking canopies, covering 100 parking spaces with power feeding directly into the primary distribution loop for the facility. The installation was engineered and installed by Meridian Solar, complete with a Solectria 266 kW inverter and a Draker Monitoring System. A weather station and SCADA controls enhance the system, providing real-time information.
