As is clearly evident from the above picture, the so-called Denali is not quite your regular tiny home. It was designed and built by Timbercraft Tiny Homes of Alabama, and features plenty of space despite being a tiny home.
The Denali is towable and rests atop a 37 ft (11.2 m) long gooseneck trailer. It has a total floorspace of 352 sq ft (32.7 sq m) and features high ceilings, which make the interior appear very spacious. It also has quite a large bedroom for a tiny home.
The exterior cladding is made of board and batten, and the home features a standing seam metal roof. It comes with an outdoor shower, and has two decks, which can be folded up for transport. The home also has two doors, one of which leads directly into the living room that features a large sofa and an impressive 11 ft (3.3 m)-high ceiling. Next to the living room is the kitchen, which is also quite spacious and is fitted with full-sized appliances, including a fridge and a propane-powered stove and oven. There are plenty of cabinets here, as well as two breakfast bars.
There is also a bathroom, which features a toilet, bath/shower, sink, and a washing machine. The bedroom is located at the rear of the home, in a loft, which is accessible via a storage stair. The headroom is very generous, with room enough to stand and walk around. This model only has one sleeping loft, but a second one can be installed if needed. The home does feature another, smaller storage loft, which is accessible by a pipe ladder.
This tiny home has a standard RV-style hookup for power, while LED lighting is installed throughout. It is insulated using spray foam, and a mini-split AC system takes care of the heating and cooling needs. Given its size, it’s not as mobile as other, smaller tiny homes, but the extra room the added length provides is very welcome. There’s no word on price, but the model in these photos was purchased by a couple from Indiana.
