Heirloom, the Oregon-based tiny homemaker recently unveiled a new offering in their line up. Their newest tiny home has off-the-grid capabilities, a clever and spacious interior layout, and a state-of-the-art automated house control system, which can be operated via an iOS or Android smartphone and will be launched soon.
The Heirloom tiny home measures only 128 square feet (11.8 square meters), but it makes the best of the available space. The bedroom is located in a lofted area, while the main part of the home contains the living area, kitchen, bathroom, and dining area. Future owners can choose from a number of add-ons, but the base model already features a Dickinson P12000 propane boat heater, a washer and dryer combo unit, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, painted or stained interior and exterior, and cabinetry, and wood or bamboo flooring.
