Supplied in 3.5 x 3.5 mm SMT packages with silicone lenses, VLMU3500-385-060 and VLMU3500-385-120 respectively feature 60° and 120° emission angles and radiant intensity ratings of 730 and 390 mW/sr at 700 mA. LEDs are built on InGaN technology and feature typical radiant power of 780 mW at 500 mA and 1,037 mW at 700 mA in wavelength range of 380–390 nm.
