Vasari Capital Delivers Financing Program for Green Solar Energy Projects

IRVINE, Calif. – To meet the growing worldwide demand for renewable energy financing, Vasari Capital is offering its Solar Power Project Financing Program for developers in a wide array of business sectors that seek funding for construction of solar power energy sources for their industrial-scale projects.

Global investments in clean energy are surging, as funding for solar, wind and other low-carbon energy technologies grew 16 percent to $310 billion in 2014, according to a January report from Bloomberg New Energy Finance. The International Energy Agency (IEA) forecasted in 2012 that the renewable energy sector will require $1 trillion of funding per year worldwide until 2030.

As the demand for renewable energy financing gets larger, investment banks have been stepping up, as Goldman Sachs announced in May 2014 that it would invest $40 billion in renewable energy projects over the next decade, according to Reuters. Increasing demand for green energy financing will make it more difficult for project developers to secure capital from banks, utilities and other traditional sources.

To help fill the growing need for solar energy project financing, Vasari Capital is offering its Solar Electric Project Financing Program to provide clients private capital solutions to fund the development and construction of PV solar panel powered projects.

Vasari Capital solar power finance projects include utility-scale, ground mounted systems that can be tied to regional grid systems or generate power for off-grid applications. The renewable energy finance experts at Vasari Capital assist clients through the entire process, from project evaluation through finance through construction.

Vasari Capital is targeting solar projects in the range of 10 MW to 200 MW in size, with funding available in either U.S. dollars or Euros. Vasari Capital will review each renewable energy project’s eligibility, readiness for construction and financial qualifications of the clients. The review will include the client’s technical information, business and financial plans, and the proposed organized structure and staffing.

Vasari Capital leverages its project finance experience to assist clients in finding investors, developing projects, structuring transactions and managing resources through the process. With its Solar Electric Project Financing Program, Vasari Capital helps clients make their renewable energy project concept a reality.
